  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, labels, and any promotional gifts are included and undamaged.

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location or schedule a pickup as instructed.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned pieces, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
